Hi,
Error message "Returning the default character set because the Content-Type header is null." appears often in my error.log file. Any idea what causes this error ? Can I do anything to prevent it from happening or are these websites just not built in a right way ?

That message is actually a stray debug message left in by our developer. It is harmless and you'll be safe to ignore it.
It very well could indicate that the server is not responding with a content type or with an inaccurate content type. Either way screen-scraper will handle the page with out any needed intervention by you.
