I must apologize for the issue you are having in proxying this site. We did have this site working on our end once before but as I check it this morning it is not working again. I can't say what is wrong and our lead developer is out for a day or so.

In the mean time you may trying using the Firefox add-on [url=https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3829l]Live HTTP Headers[/url] to record the HTTP transactions while we work to get the screen-scraper proxy working right.

It may be possible that your upgrade missed the window of time before we released the change to 3.0.31a. Please try your update again using the "Check for Updates" feature in the workbench. If you are still having problems I ask that you please try your update using a more manual approach.

The following link contains instructions on how to go about updating manually. For your situation you will need to replace the version 2.6 used in the example with 3.0.31a.

Thank you for your posting regarding the issue you're having when scraping postoffice.co.uk. The issue you are having is due to a change we made in a recent previous alpha release.

We have released a fix for this issue which can be found in the latest alpha release, 3.0.31a. At the time of this writing 3.0.31a has been released without this change included. So, if you have upgraded to 3.0.31a prior to time of this posting (Thu Jul 05, 2007 6:19 pm GMT) you will need to upgrade again to 3.0.31a. For instructions on upgrading to this release please see the following.
